Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return under the following conditions:

- The product is damaged, defective, or broken upon delivery.
- You receive a wrong item than what you ordered.
- The item is missing parts/accessories mentioned in the product listing.
- The product is not functioning as described.
✘ Return Not Accepted If:
- The item has been used, worn, washed, or altered.
- Packaging is missing or the product is without original tags/boxes.
- Products like shapewear, massagers, posture correctors, fitness gear, or personal care items that have been opened due to hygiene matters.
- Damage caused by customer misuse, improper handling, or accidents.
- Minor color or design variations due to lighting/screen settings.
Return Window
- Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving the product.
- After 3 days, returns cannot be processed.
Return Procedure

with your Order ID, issue description, and clear photos/videos of the product. - Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
- If approved, we will arrange a return pickup or share a return shipping address.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- In some cases, we may provide a replacement product or store credit, depending on item availability.
