Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placing them, only if they have not been shipped.
  • To request cancellation, email us at cjdoesbusiness06@gmail.com with your order ID.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

Eligible for Refund:

  • Damaged or defective product received
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Item not delivered within the estimated time frame (after courier investigation)

Refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Used or worn items
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Minor variations in color due to lighting/screens
  • Hygiene-related items (shapewear, massagers, etc.) once opened

Return Process

  • Email us with photos/videos of the issue
  • Our support team will verify and approve the return
  • Product must be returned in original packaging (when applicable)
